Thank you to everyone who completed our Survey at the beginning of term. We appreciate your honesty and strongly believe that we can only improve with your feedback. We are very pleased with the results and would like to share them with you.

Since conducting this survey, we have opened our doors again to parents, after Covid precautions, and hope that this has improved, general communication between staff and parents, feedback about what your child has been doing and you can see the resources that they have been using for yourself. Please note that we have also made planning is available on the white board in the foyer.

We are always eager to hear your views and need these to continually review and improve the childcare provision for your children. Please do not wait for the next survey to express your views – we are always here to listen and learn.

• 100% of parents felt that they were confident to speak with their child’s key person.

• 100% of parents felt that they were kept informed of their child’s progress and learning.
  67% strongly agreed.

• 100% of parents believe that we meet their child’s learning/stimulation needs.
  83% strongly agreed.

• 100% of parents felt that the Preschool deals with their concerns.
  91% strongly agreed.

• 100% of parents felt that we helped their child settle in when they started at Preschool.
  100% strongly agreed.

Lots of you confirmed that you would like additional hours if they were available.  Our Committee will investigate this further to determine whether this is financially and practically viable.
